Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in MA or eligibility Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy setting preferred Demonstrated clinical reasoning and comprehensive evaluation skills Commitment to upholding professional and organizational standards Capacity to supervise, delegate, and educate patients and team members Strong documentation and compliance capabilities Dedication to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning
Responsibilities:
Complete patient evaluations and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans tailored to individual goals and physician directives Design therapy programs fostering effective community reintegration Supervise and direct therapy services for assigned patients, maintaining safety and program quality at all times Serve as a resource and educator for patients, families, colleagues, and students Adhere to documentation standards, state/federal regulations, and facility policies Participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives, promoting a culture of safety for both patients and staff Contribute to student learning through supervision, development of objectives, and evaluation Maintain licensure and meet continuing education requirements
