CSC In-Theatre Sales Manager MJR Digital Cinemas - 3.5 Troy, MI Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Full Job Description Information The Manager, In-Theatre Sales (ITS) serves as a key operational partner and subject matter expert for the theatre operations, acting as the primary point of contact for Kinepolis US theatres on day-to-day support and guidance. This role is responsible for fostering strong communication and collaboration with theatre teams while driving performance against MRF objectives and key operational metrics, including SPH, cost of goods, and labor management. Through proactive support and operational leadership, the Manager, ITS helps ensure theatres achieve overall ITS targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key Accountabilities Serve as the primary liaison with distributors on day-to-day operational matters including wastage, shortages, overages, and returns Act as the main point of contact for key vendor relationships on ongoing operational needs Provide daily support and troubleshooting to theatre teams Support theatre teams with training and assistance Develop and distribute program communications including SOPs, updates, and recipe changes Support General Managers in providing clarity, direction, and development opportunities for theatre ITS budget owners Oversee Vista setup and provide ongoing system support of product database Lead the development and implementation of new concession programs, including standards, SOPs, equipment procurement, and rollout Lead and manage key merchandising partnerships, including purchasing decisions and strategy Create and maintain concession planograms to support effective merchandising Drive food expansions and new program initiatives aligned with the Profit Plan Support and follow-up on monthly CSR execution and results, driving improved processes 3-5 years experience in a related field. Ability to travel and work from theatres, up to 25% of the time. Food Safety Certified (Preferred). Alcohol Service Certified (Preferred). Post secondary education in a relatable field (Preferred). Engaged in finding solutions and efficiencies. Thrives in a fast paced, results orientated work environment. Comfortable in providing/presenting recommendations/advice in areas of expertise. Understanding of and responsibility for budgets, targets & results. Successful track record in managing/leading within the food service industry and/or successful food service tenure within theatre environment.
