Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee receiving and incoming Purchase Orders and verify quantity and parts.
- Create production schedules for paint line and paint booth(s) based on sales orders and delivery requirements from customers.
- Verify materials for jobs and prepare purchase orders to obtain parts, services and materials as needed. Communicate with outside suppliers to obtain what is needed for job.
- Ensure all production output and quality meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Supervise daily work of all production staff.
- Work with Line Manager and Shipping Manager to ensure that jobs are done on time.
- Contact customers to arrange for pickup.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as required.
Other Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issues and eliminate unnecessary downtime.
- Assist with Shipping and Receiving when necessary.
- Plan direct staffing needs to meet production forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in production or related role.
- Experience and knowledge of manufacturing software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and react in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure to meet customer deadlines.
- Able to lift and move 50 lbs.
Pay:
$22.00- $28.
