Job Description

We are looking to add a Precast Concrete Production Manager to our team.
Summary:
Overseeing precast concrete production and employees safely. Quality control. Understand all aspects safe and productive precast production. Will manage the production of high quality precast concrete products at both our Belleville and East. St. Louis locations. This will be a year round position that will oversee a variety of duties. Must be a dependable, conscious worker. Manage team members that perform the following job duties: Operate Forklift Operate battery-powered and other hand tools Layout and setup of precast production beds and product forms Bend and weld wire and rebar for reinforcement in products Be physically able to be on your feet all day while repeatedly bending and lifting Skills Preferred Overhead crane operation, forklift operation, concrete batch plant operation Skills Necessary Managing employees, communication with others, performance and goal driven
