Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Program Ownership- Accountability for total program execution from requirements through delivery, inclusive of oversight of the integration of procurement, manufacturing, and testing to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality and cost targets Profit & Loss Responsibility
- Financial management, including Earned Value Management (EVM) controls, forecasting, and achievement of unit production cost targets Customer & Stakeholder Interface
- Primary point of contact for external customers and senior leadership Cross-Functional Leadership
- Matrixed leadership of a multi-functional team (e.g. Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Contracts) to achieve programmatic goals Risk & Opportunity Management
- Proactive identification and mitigation of risks and opportunity management to optimize schedule and budget Proposal Management
- Capture Lead for new business opportunities, including proposal development and programmatic requirements definition.
Secret Clearance Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business fieldExperience:
10+ years of demonstrated experience leading multi-functional project teams in a high paced environmentProject Management:
Proven expertise in program management processes, including program planning, risk and opportunity management, and Earned Value Management (EVM)Proposal Development:
Experience generating Statement of Works (SOWs), developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and cost volumes, and ensuring new wins are both competitive and executable Transition toProduction:
Experience in transitioning new products from development to production Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience as a Program Manager within an aerospace or defense production environment. Experience with AS9145 Experience with ramping from LRIP to full rate production Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Lean Six-Sigma certificationPay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$149603- $254317 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
