The Role We're seeking a Multimedia Producer to shoot editorial luxury real estate photography and cinematic film on-site across our projects in New Jersey and the surrounding region. Working under a single creative direction, you'll capture the light, geometry, and atmosphere our designer intended, recording visual walkthroughs, editorial photography, cinematic videography, stills, and social-first reels across our project sites. The ideal candidate brings a strong team mentality and proven experience in real estate media, with the skill to produce high-quality video property tours alongside social-first content designed to amplify agent brands and drive audience engagement. You should be comfortable directing on-camera talent and well-versed in optimizing footage for cross-platform distribution, with deep knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.

all editing is handled in-house by our team. This is strictly an on-site production role. You shoot, we finish. You must be located in New Jersey. Compensation Starting day rate of $400 per day Travel covered at $0.55 per mile $25 food stipend per shoot day Typical shoot days range from 4-8 hours on-site. Required Equipment Mirrorless / DSLR camera (full frame preferred) Wide-angle lens: minimum 16mm on full frame; 12mm on crop sensor DJI microphone or equivalent DJI drone or equivalent (4K capture) Motorized gimbal/stabilizer (Ronin M/S or equivalent) Smartphone for communication Reliable high-speed internet for file uploads Required Skills & Qualifications Prior real estate photography/videography experience preferred Strong knowledge of composition, lighting techniques, and white balance Excellent time management and organizational skills Clear and confident communication abilities Professional, dependable, and self-motivated work style FAA Part 107 certification and drone proficiency (when applicable) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Based in New Jersey (required) Must be willing and able to travel to various client sites in New Jersey Who We're Looking For A highly motivated individual who is personable, professional, and open-minded, with sharp attention to detail.
