Aluminum Foil Production Manager Metal Stamping & Press Machinery

Confidential Manufacturing Opportunity - Rockland County Area We are developing a new production facility and production line in aluminum foil / metal stamping , and are seeking a highly experienced individual to lead the project from start to finish. This role is for someone who has hands-on, real-world experience and can take full responsibility for building and running a manufacturing operation — from equipment selection to full production.pact every day. Responsibilities Lead the setup of a new production facility and metal stamping line Identify, source, and purchase the appropriate machinery and equipment Oversee installation, setup, and calibration of all production equipment Design and implement efficient production processes Hire, train, and manage production staff Establish workflows, quality control, and operational procedures Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues Bring the operation from setup stage to fully running, high-volume production Plan for future scaling and expansion of additional production lines Qualifications Proven experience in metal stamping, forming, or aluminum foil production Strong hands-on experience with press machinery and production line setup Experience building or setting up a production operation (highly preferred) Ability to manage both technical and operational aspects of manufacturing Strong leadership and team-building skills Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
