$60/hour Overview We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Producer to lead and manage complex creative and production initiatives from kickoff through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, aligns cross-functional teams, manages timelines and budgets, and ensures high-quality output across multiple workstreams.
The Sr. Producer will serve as a key operational and strategic partner, helping drive projects forward while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end production planning and execution across multiple projects.
Build and manage schedules, budgets, scopes, and resource plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.
Identify project risks, solve problems proactively, and keep stakeholders informed.
Facilitate status meetings, project updates, and post-project reviews.
Ensure workflows are efficient and aligned with business and creative objectives.
Maintain strong attention to detail across timelines, approvals, and final deliverables.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Producer or Sr. Producer in a creative, marketing, content, or production environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, vendors, and production logistics.
Ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
