Overview Our client, a global experience design agency, specializes in creating immersive brand experience spaces that blend digital content, interactive technology, AV systems, and physical environments. The team works across creative and technical disciplines to bring bespoke storytelling platforms to life for major brands around the world. This role is ideal for someone who is highly client-facing, comfortable managing complex interactive projects, and energized by coordinating the moving parts that make large-scale digital experiences work. Job Description In this role, you will lead the development of digital content and software platforms from ideation through implementation, serving as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams. You'll partner with creative and technical stakeholders to build project plans, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate resources, and keep communication moving clearly across all phases of delivery. This includes managing change orders, vendor agreements, scope updates, and status reporting while ensuring project goals, quality standards, and financial targets stay aligned. You will also support process improvements, maintain client relationships, and help deliver high-quality interactive experiences across brand, digital, and built-environment projects. Our Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience managing large, complex interactive or content projects in an agency environment. Strong background in client management, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. Passion for digital storytelling, interactive environments, and translating brand ideas into physical and technical experiences with a strong operational mindset. Proficient in MS Office 365 or Google Suite, Figma, and project tools such as Box, Teams, Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence. Familiar with software development workflows, AV-integrated systems, and interactive production pipelines. Skilled in collaborating with project managers, designers, AV engineers, programmers, strategists, and clients. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs. Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail. Positive, proactive, and comfortable solving problems in fast-paced environments. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Background in digital production, interactive project management, content development, experiential environments, or related disciplines.
