Creative Producer - Salem, OR The Christian and Missionary Alliance - U.S. Church Ministries Salem, OR Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Leadership Full Job Description Salem Alliance Church is seeking a full-time Creative Producer to lead the production and technical support of worship services, live broadcasts, and major church events. This role partners closely with the Worship Leader and Pastor of Online Ministries. We are looking for a collaborative leader who is passionate about production excellence and enjoys developing volunteers, solving technical challenges, and creating exceptional worship experiences. The ideal candidate has experience in live audio engineering, lighting, video production, and production systems, along with strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. This is a primarily onsite, weekend-focused ministry position. Regular leadership during Saturday evening and Sunday worship services is required, along with weekday planning, rehearsals, production responsibilities, volunteer development, and evening support for conferences and special events.
