- Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Production Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and extensive construction site experience. Responsibilities Lead overall landscape construction production activities (Hardscape, Concrete, and light Excavation), ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Coordinate project planning and scheduling. Oversee subcontractor and supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services aligned with project timelines. Review plans and instruct field crews on execution of retaining walls, paver patios, concrete work and light excavation. Manage project documentation including change orders, proposal approvals, crew time cards, etc. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications. Collaborate with project teams on estimating efforts and support construction estimating processes for upcoming projects. Facilitate communication among construction crews and sales people. Ensure quality is performed and communication is clean. Build systems around operations. Work and train crews directly hands on as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background Landscape/Hardscape as well as concrete. Demonstrated ability in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contract administration, and construction estimating techniques. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects. Strong leadership qualities with experience managing diverse teams of subcontractors, suppliers, and team members. Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements. Effective communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
