Producer Licensing and Appointment Technician The Producer Licensing and Appointment Technician supports Starr's underwriting groups by managing all producer (broker) records to ensure accuracy and licensing requirements. This person will work with Starr employees and broker partners to ensure prompt resolution producer licensing and other matters to foster company growth. Job Description Review and resolve producer(broker)-related inquiries from all Starr business units, domestic and international Maintain accurate external producer records Process producer appointment and termination requests Review and confirm insurance producer surplus lines license details Provide customer service and support to existing Starr producer partners Work with internal and external management to foster carrier/producer relationships Work with internal legal resources to resolve producer compliance issues Assist with the maintenance of procedural documents and training materials Complete projects and perform other work as assigned by management to further department and corporate goals Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred.
