Based in Wellesley, MA, our practice is built on exceptional client service, long term relationships, and a commitment to helping clients navigate important financial decisions with confidence. We are seeking a highly organized, relationship focused Client Relationship Associate & Producer Assistant to work directly alongside me in supporting clients and helping grow the practice. This individual will play a key role in client relationship management, account administration, event coordination, marketing initiatives, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Our practice serves successful individuals, families, and business owners throughout New England and is committed to providing a high touch, relationship driven client experience. Position Overview The Client Relationship Associate & Producer Assistant will serve as a key partner to a Financial Advisor by helping maintain and strengthen client relationships, supporting administrative and operational functions, assisting with marketing initiatives, and coordinating client appreciation events. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for clients Schedule client meetings and manage calendar coordination Follow up with clients regarding paperwork, account requests, and service items Assist with client onboarding and ongoing relationship management Coordinate client communications and personalized outreach efforts Help create an exceptional client experience throughout every stage of the relationship Coordinate client birthday, anniversary, and milestone outreach Account Administration & Operations Assist with account opening paperwork and administrative processing Track and monitor account transfers, rollovers, and service requests Coordinate with custodians, carriers, and internal support teams Maintain accurate client records and CRM data Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner Support advisors with meeting preparation and follow up Assist in maintaining efficient office processes and workflows Marketing & Creative Support Create presentations, PowerPoint decks, and client meeting materials Assist with marketing campaigns and client communications Develop event invitations and promotional materials Contribute creative ideas to enhance the client experience and support business growth Assist with social media and brand awareness initiatives Help develop educational and networking event materials Event Planning Coordinate client appreciation events, educational workshops, and networking functions Manage event logistics, registration, venues, invitations, and follow up Help ensure events reflect the high standards of our practice Assist with planning and executing referral and community engagement events Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Previous experience in client service, administration, hospitality, marketing, event planning, financial services, or a related field is a plus Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience with Canva, graphic design, presentation development, or event planning is a plus Financial services experience is welcomed but not required Who Will Thrive in This Role The ideal candidate is: Relationship oriented and enjoys interacting with clients Professional, polished, and dependable Highly organized with excellent follow through Creative and comfortable developing presentations and event ideas Proactive and able to anticipate needs before being asked Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with an advisor Excited to contribute to a growing business where their work makes a direct impact Compensation & Benefits We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including: Competitive compensation ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 annually Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Retirement savings benefits Paid time off Professional development opportunities Career growth potential within a growing wealth management practice Why Join Us?
