Job Description
Company Overview We are an industry-leader in experiential marketing and production. Our capabilities span creative strategy, design, production, fabrication, technology, and media, allowing us to do in-house what most agencies handle separately. With over 86,000 square feet of studios, shops, and warehouses across the country, we deliver local service with global reach to a diverse range of clients. Position Summary The Producer is responsible for managing the end-to-end production of events, experiential programs, tv & film premieres, stunts and convention booth activations across a wide range of client industries. This role involves client communication, budgeting, timeline management, coordination with internal departments, and oversight of vendors, staff, and production logistics. Professionalism, discretion, and leadership are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Budget Management Create and manage job folders, budgets, and production timelines Track and maintain expenses; manage OPEX submissions Ensure production aligns with financial goals and profitability Production Oversight Collaborate with internal teams (design, fabrication, operations) Supervise all production phases from RFP to event execution Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and deliverables Client Relations Serve as main point of contact for clients Maintain strong, clear communication and manage expectations Ensure contractual obligations and deadlines are met Team Leadership Delegate tasks to and mentor junior staff Lead onsite teams and coordinate labor during events Promote a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment Administrative & Documentation Maintain project documents (run-of-show, production grids, schedules) Update event tracking tools and master calendars Manage and submit final invoices and receiptsQualifications:
5+ years of experience in production, experiential, or event management Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools Ability to travel up to 50% of the time HS Diploma or GED required Basic & Social Skills Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Talking to others to convey information effectively. Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. Occasional team lifting between 25 - 100 lbs.
