Job Summary The Live Stream Producer oversees end-to-end technical production, live direction, and digital asset management for live streaming broadcasts, video content, and real-time product showcases. This role bridges technical hardware service operations—such as custom PC assembly, component diagnostics, liquid cooling installations, and system modifications—with digital audience engagement. The Live Stream Producer ensures smooth technical delivery across platforms like YouTube and TikTok while converting viewer interaction into storefront sales and service bookings. Core Responsibilities 1. Live Broadcast Production & Scene Management Operate live switching software (e.g., OBS Studio, vMix) to control multi-camera setups, graphics, overlays, and audio feeds during live broadcasts. Manage scene transitions, lower-thirds, live benchmark counters, sponsored callouts, and interactive graphics. Coordinate real-time video feeds covering hardware teardowns, custom PC builds, and diagnostic repair workflows. 2. Audio & Video Technical Operations Monitor and calibrate multi-channel audio production equipment (e.g., audio consoles, GoXLR/RØDECaster interfaces, wireless lapels, studio mics) to eliminate interference and maintain clear audio. Manage studio lighting (key, fill, background neon/RGB aesthetics) and camera configurations (4K overhead cams, macro detail cams for PCB work, wide studio angles). Monitor bitrate stability, stream health, encoding performance, and platform-specific resolutions across broadcast targets. 3. Content Integration & E-Commerce Drive Direct on-air talent through live cueing, timer management, and run-of-show execution. Integrate live promotional callouts for featured custom builds, component sales, service packages, and storefront links (eBay, Jawa, web portals). Capture, log, and package live stream highlights for rapid repurposing into short-form content (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels). 4. Technical Troubleshooting & Stream Contingency Identify and resolve real-time technical failures, including frame drops, audio desync, hardware conflict, or software crashes, with zero stream interruption. Maintain backup encoding profiles and emergency fallback screens for uninterrupted stream uptime.
