TikTok Production Associate

About the Role We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented TikTok Live Stream Production Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our live commerce shows managing everything from product flow and streaming setup to real-time chat moderation and flash sale execution. What You'll Do Live Show Production & Moderation Monitor and moderate the live chat during broadcasts, engaging viewers, filtering inappropriate comments, and maintaining a positive show environment Support the live host in real time by pacing the show, surfacing viewer questions, flagging key comments, and helping maintain audience energy Track show performance during broadcasts and flag any issues to the host or manager immediately Product Flow & Production Assistant Flow products through the show in the correct sequence, ensuring hosts have the right items ready at the right time Coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams before each show to confirm product availability and quantities Assist with set preparation, product staging, and prop management before and during live sessions Maintain a pre-show checklist and ensure all products, props, and materials are show-ready Streaming Dashboard & Technical Setup Set up and manage the TikTok Shop streaming dashboard, including adding, sequencing, and updating products during live shows Configure and launch flash sales, limited time offers, and promotional pricing within the dashboard during and before broadcasts Operate streaming software (OBS, Streamlabs, or TikTok Live Studio) and assist with basic hardware setup and troubleshooting Monitor stream health metrics including bitrate, audio levels, and video quality, and respond quickly to any technical issues Post-Show & Reporting Compile post-show summaries covering performance highlights, product sell-through, and audience engagement Track which products, formats, and promotions drove the best results to inform future shows Stay up to date on new TikTok Live features, best practices, and platform updates What We're Looking For Required Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and basic streaming or broadcast tools Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under pressure Excellent written communication skills for real-time chat interaction Reliable, punctual, and professional during live broadcasts Familiarity with TikTok as a platform (personal or professional use) Preferred (Not Required) Prior experience in live stream moderation, social media management, or customer service Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop dashboard, OBS, Streamlabs, or similar tools Background in e-commerce, retail, or live selling environments Experience coordinating product flow in a studio, warehouse, or live event setting

Schedule Hours:

This position requires availability for evening and weekend shifts; scheduling is aligned with the live show calendar. Part-time and full-time options available
