At Real News PR, we provide our clients with broadcast-quality service at the speed of news. As a member of our team, you will work alongside former journalists, producers, and media professionals who understand how to create high-quality content quickly, professionally, and consistently. The Account Producer serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. This role is part account manager, part producer, and part content coordinator. You will be responsible for keeping client shows on schedule, organizing communication, producing podcast and digital TV content, managing deliverables, and helping ensure every client receives excellent service. This position requires someone who is organized, professional, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced media environment. Real News PR team members are expected to be kind, dependable, quick on their feet, and willing to take initiative. A proactive, problem-solving attitude is essential. Position Description The Account Producer manages a roster of clients, with responsibility for keeping each account organized, on schedule, and moving forward. This person ensures podcast and digital TV content is produced, edited, published, and delivered on time. The Account Producer is often the person clients hear from most. You are responsible for keeping communication current, making sure expectations are clear, and catching issues before they become larger problems. This role requires strong client service instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Duties and Responsibilities Own the client relationship from scheduling through final delivery. Keep client accounts organized and communication current in the company management tools. Ensure podcast and digital show episodes are produced, edited, published, and delivered on schedule. Run and produce live and recorded content for digital platforms. Edit and publish digital TV and podcast episodes. Create short-form promotional videos, clips, captions, and basic graphics. Post content to social media and digital platforms. Coordinate with clients, producers, editors, and internal team members to keep projects moving. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and studio environment. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Stay aware of evolving social media, podcasting, video, and digital media trends. Approach unique tasks and unexpected challenges with professionalism, motivation, and follow-through. Skills and Qualifications Strong account management instincts, including organization, follow-up, and deadline ownership. Clear and professional communication with clients, teammates, and management. Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deliverables at the same time. Strong attention to detail and effective time management. Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing production environment. Ability to manage multiple aspects of live or recorded production simultaneously. Professionalism, punctuality, and composure under pressure. Working knowledge of audio technology and podcast production. Proficiency in video editing software; Adobe Suite experience preferred. Videography skills required; photography experience is a plus. Experience writing captions and content for social media or public audiences. Ability to handle client information, login credentials, and sensitive materials with trust and discretion.
