Worth, TX Studio Brand Careers Production Project Manager Employment Type Full-Time Location On-Site Ft. Worth, TX Studio Brand We're a creative agency for social-native brands in beauty, wellness, travel, lifestyle, and CPG — handling brand, social, production, and interactive under one roof. Because the websites we build feel like the videos we shoot, which feel like the conversations we start, which never lose sight of the why at the heart of it all.
The Role:
We're hiring a Production Project Manager to sit at the intersection of client partnership and production execution. You'll spend 3-4 days each week embedded in a client's office, becoming an extension of both their team and ours. You'll be the connection between client stakeholders, creative teams, producers, and project leads — making sure everyone has what they need before they realize they need it. This isn't a traditional account role, and it isn't a traditional production role. It's both. You'll help shepherd production projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring work stays organized, timelines stay realistic, budgets stay protected, and expectations stay aligned. You'll ask the questions nobody else thought to ask. You'll spot roadblocks before they become problems. Most of all, you'll help the Client and teams stay aligned, informed, and focused on what matters most. You'll report to our brand leadership team and work closely with client stakeholders, and internal brand, production and interactive studios.
Brands We Work With:
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
The day-to-day relationship between Agency Habitat and your assigned client team Production project planning from kickoff through delivery Timeline development, project tracking, and milestone management Gathering requirements, clarifying feedback, and ensuring teams have the information needed to move work forward Production budgets and scopes — helping projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations Internal and external communication across multiple stakeholders Risk identification and mitigation before issues impact timelines or deliverables Meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up Production workflows that create clarity, efficiency, and accountability The details that keep projects moving and the big picture that keeps everyone aligned
WHAT YOUR WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
Working onsite with client stakeholders 3-4 days per week at the Client's office Leading project kickoffs and production planning sessions Building timelines and coordinating deliverables across multiple teams Tracking project status, budgets, approvals, and deadlines Translating client needs into actionable next steps for agency teams Facilitating communication between production, creative, strategy, and client stakeholders Running status meetings and documenting key decisions Identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact delivery Reviewing project scopes and helping manage change requests when needed Making sure every stakeholder knows what happens next and who's responsible for it
WHO YOU ARE
You have 3-5+ years of project management, production management, account management, or agency experience You've managed creative, marketing, production, or integrated campaigns from planning through execution You know how to build trust with clients while advocating for the work and the team behind it You're exceptionally organized, approachable, and able to adapt when priorities shift You ask thoughtful questions and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions when it helps the project succeed You can manage multiple moving pieces without letting important details slip through the cracks You're comfortable having conversations about budgets, timelines, priorities, and tradeoffs You understand that communication solves most problems before they become actual problems You remain calm when priorities shift and know how to create order in ambiguity You're equally comfortable in a client boardroom, a production meeting, or a creative brainstorm You're based in Fort Worth or ready to be
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive salary with performance-based bonus 401(k), full benefits, generous PTO, and a holiday schedule that respects your life A real career path with opportunities to grow into Senior Project Management, Production Leadership, or Client Services roles Work alongside an in-house photo, video, design, influencer, social, and paid media team — all under one roof Clients you'll be proud to put in your portfolio A Fort Worth office built for the way creatives actually work — an in-house prop library, a wardrobe vault, a studio at your fingertips, and three coffee makers (we take all three seriously)
OUR CULTURE
We don't believe culture is ping-pong tables or free snacks (though we're not mad about snacks). Culture is how we show up for each other, how we think about the work, and how we treat the brands that trust us with theirs. Some days are heads-down and deadline-driven. Others are loud, collaborative, and full of ideas flying across the room. We make space for both. We celebrate wins. We support each other through the hard stuff. We laugh a lot. Sometimes at inappropriate times. It's fine. We're professionals who know every day is better working together. READY? Send us your resume and a short note about a complex project you've managed successfully — what made it challenging, how you kept it on track, and what you'd do differently today. Our Hiring Process We love it when people are excited to join our Habitat, and we're just as excited to learn more about you and your experience Here's what to expect from us during our hiring process: We'll review all candidates for consideration, then share your application with the appropriate team. If we decide to move forward, we may invite you to connect with us for an introductory call, or we may go straight to the interview. Our hiring process can take some time, often two to three weeks, or more. Try not to stress out too much if you haven't received an update. We know, easier said than done. If you haven't heard from us in awhile, we may need a little more time or we might have selected other candidates to fill the position. We'll still keep your resume in mind if other relevant opportunities arise, so you may hear from us again if you seem like a good fit as we continue to expand our Habitat.
