This role will support physical production operations and help coordinate the logistical execution of the project. Support scheduling and operational planning for principal photography. Coordinate crew hiring and onboarding. Manage production paperwork and reporting. Assist with vendor coordination and facility communications. Support location, studio, and production logistics. Track production expenditures and assist with cost reporting. Coordinate communication between departments during pre-production and principal photography. Ensure production activities remain aligned with approved schedules and budgets. Preferred Qualifications Previous UPM, Production Manager, or Assistant UPM experience. Experience with feature film, television, commercial, or virtual production environments. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with production budgeting and scheduling tools. Knowledge of Texas production environments is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
