Job Description

As part of Learfield Studios, the NIL Social Content Specialist plays a key on-site role at the University, using creative and content knowledge and experience to develop, produce, shoot, record and edit NIL content-driven executions across both video and audio. Reporting to the Supervising Producer and working closely with the local sales team, this role owns NIL content creation while also assisting Learfield colleagues on ideation, creation, and execution of robust original and branded content that enhances fan engagement and drives revenue opportunities across school athletic social channels. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Own the creation and execution of all NIL video and audio content. Manage the execution of creative NIL projects from idea generation through final deliverables, including shooting and editing. Assist in creating original, branded and NIL video and social content in partnership with school teams to drive fan engagement across social channels and generate revenue opportunities for local sales staff. Support the development of custom-branded social content for local Learfield property sales teams. Assist in the creation of content for various platforms including but not limited to multimedia audio/video, animation, graphics, and sponsorable content. Serve as a liaison—alongside the Supervising Producer—between the athletics department content team, local Learfield sales teams, and national sales. Collaborate with athletics content teams to produce program-specific NIL and branded content in the defined voice and tone of each account, across all social media platforms, including emerging channels. Support the creative process for non-NIL content campaigns from concept through final deliverables, including writing, producing, shooting, and occasionally overseeing editing. Assist the Supervising Producer and University production teams in the creative development of Learfield-led original content initiatives. Participate in the production of Learfield live-action shoots and other on-site content opportunities at the University. Minimum Qualifications 1+ years of experience in developing creative content that has driven engagement and measurable results. Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with content creators, partners, and other stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present concepts and strategies to executive leadership. Creative thinker with the ability to generate ideas that support project goals and initiatives. Strong administrative, critical-reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, efficient, and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience working in the sports industry—ideally collegiate athletics.
