Duties Develop and execute detailed production plans using

SAP, MRP

(Material Requirements Planning), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to align with customer demands and inventory targets. Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols across all manufacturing processes. Coordinate with supply chain management to optimize inventory levels, streamline procurement, and enhance supply chain analytics for better forecasting and resource allocation. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and promoting lean manufacturing principles such as waste reduction and value stream mapping. Oversee plant management functions including assembly line operations, mechanical troubleshooting, and process optimization to maximize productivity. Monitor production KPIs, generate reports on operational performance, and utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making in operations management. Foster a collaborative environment by guiding team members through training on quality control procedures, mechanical knowledge, and process improvements to ensure high-performance standards. Qualifications Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing setting, with strong knowledge of supply chain management and operations management principles. Hands-on familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems; experience with MRP is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement strategies. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment, assembly processes, and plant machinery is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize supply chain analytics for effective planning and decision-making. Excellent leadership capabilities with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment; ability to motivate staff toward operational excellence. Effective communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process enhancement. Pay:
