What You'll Do Lead and supervise production, maintenance, quality, and safety activities across plant operations.
Partner with the plant manager to implement safety programs, training, and compliance initiatives.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development for production supervisors and employees.
Establish production goals, monitor performance, and implement improvements to meet operational objectives.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and support preventive maintenance efforts.
Monitor labor utilization, overtime, and operating expenses to support efficient plant performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost control.
Maintain high standards of workplace organization, housekeeping, and employee engagement. What You'll Need Leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of concrete manufacturing processes, production planning, and continuous improvement practices.
Experience managing production teams, equipment, and operational performance.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Ability to obtain applicable industry certifications, including ACI, QCAST, VDOT, and MSHA.
Experience with concrete batch design preferred.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and occasionally climb ladders, walk production areas, and lift up to 50 pounds. Your Education
