Document Conversion Operator

Electronic Document Conversion Specialist (DTC) We are currently seeking several individuals for our SEC© EDGAR© team that can effectively perform document conversion and cleanup of various electronic file formats, typing, editing and proof reading functions with speed and accuracy. Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Convert Word and Excel file to both EDGAR© and PDF file format Ensure content and style properly rendered in output Able to proof for complex style, composition and spelling errors Correcting errors and revising documents as per client instructions with speed and accuracy Meeting tight deadlines with quick turnaround Maintain records related to all steps of the conversion and filing process Provide customer service, working closely with clients to ensure all source documents are converted properly in the required format

Requirements:

A service-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task many projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality Ability to work under constant deadline pressure Willingness to work overtime (nights/weekends) in accordance with company needs/workflow demands Strong verbal and written communications skills Knowledge of EDGARizer and/or EDGAR© HTML (preferred but not required) Full time salaried position with casual work environment
