The CSS team — the creative team — is seeking talented and experienced Document Publisher who wants to co‑create sales and communication materials with both regional and global reach.

Key responsibilities:

Providing publishing technical support using MS Office Suite, applicable tools, guidelines and templates. Acting as part of production team, collaborating with team members in production of both electronic and print copies of varying size and complexity - from technical project reports and proposals to marketing. Completing routine technical tasks and following direction from a lead. Performing quality control check to meet project quality, objectives and deadlines. Organizing material and completing writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. Reviewing published materials and recommending revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in German and/or Swedish and/or Danish studies or similar field. Excellent language skills (English and Polish). Prior experience in document editing/translation. Advanced proficiency in desktop publishing software (MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong team player, with demonstrated organization and attention to details skills and accuracy.
