LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY-SALEM VA RDG
Filings is a financial reporting company helping clients from all over the world maintain SEC compliance of their sensitive financial information. We're looking for talented individuals with a great eye for detail and strong computer skills who can use our proprietary software to prepare client documents into compatible HTML for SEC submission. Training will be provided. Knowledge of HTML a huge bonus.
Schedule:
Saturday through Wednesday, 2am to 10am
Responsibilities:
Respond to client emails, phone calls and processing needs Compare client-supplied Word documents to the internal documents to insure consistency. Convert and modify Word and Excel documents into the SEC's HTML compliant EDGAR format through the use of proprietary software Stay current with continued trainings RDG provides The right candidate will have: A high attention to detail Be a self-motivated, independent operator Have the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Have strong communication skills for contact with clients and coworkers via phone, email and Teams Strong keyboard/touch typing skills. Experience in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication, organizational and time management skills Required additional hours during busy seasons and some holidays Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business a plus Understanding of the SEC & Corporate Filing industry is a plus
