Job Description

Role and Responsibilities Follow the process of the USCIS Department for H-2A workers and their families through filling and submitting
I- 129 & I-539
applications and follow through once mailed to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS). This job includes, but is not limited to the following:  Fill out and submit I-129 forms for in and out of country workers.  Fill out and submit I-539 forms for families of workers.  Respond to RFE's issued by the USCIS.  Interact with clients, workers and their families through phone calls or emails when needed.  Receiving and processing
I-797 A, B & C
forms from the USCIS  Filling in and sending needed documents to the recruiters for the Consulate  Mailing I-797 forms to the client  Following up with clients and workers through USAFL Database asking for I-797 forms received  Assisting H4 applicants with proper procedure for rescheduling Biometrics  Filing copies of original documents in the client's binder  Process W2's for workers when received in office Via physical Mail or E-mail. This job also includes cross-training for the Processing Department. Qualifications and Education Requirements Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word and Excel), create and use spreadsheets, Google business apps (Gmail and Google Drive); must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, type and have excellent writing and communication skills.
