ICS Corporation is family-owned direct mail and marketing facility located in West Deptford founded in 1965. Now, more than 50 years later, ICS has flourished by elevating the marketing outreach of some of the nation's largest companies in highly creative and cost-effective ways.
Job Summary:
The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for reviewing and validating direct mail job components before production to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client approval. This role plays a critical part in verifying data signoffs, reviewing vendor proofs, checking mailing specifications, and ensuring all production files meet internal standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in direct mail workflows, print production, and data-driven campaigns.

  • 8:00 pm, Monday
  • Friday 9:00 am
  • 5:00 pm, Tuesday
Saturday Responsibilities:
Ensure production files align with approved creative, client instructions, postal requirements, and job specifications. Examine proofs for accuracy in layout, personalization, imaging, barcodes, indicia, addressing, versioning, and mail piece specifications. Review mail piece dimensions, folds, inserts, package components, and finishing requirements for consistency with production plans. Confirm mail quantities are correct across the entire campaign as well as individual campaign production lots. Review print specification sheets for accuracy prior to being released into production. Support continuous improvement efforts by recommending process enhancements that reduce errors and improve turnaround times. Other functions as requested by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization #ZR
