HR Scanning Clerk (Temporary 6-Month Contract)

A leading company in Flushing, Queens, New York, is seeking a full-time HR Scanning Clerk proficient in English to join our team on a 6-month temporary contract.

Full-time, Temporary (6-month contract)

Responsibilities:

Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents. Organize and manage digital files, ensuring they are properly stored and easily accessible. Maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure all documents are scanned and processed efficiently. Assist with data entry tasks as needed. Ensure all documents are handled and scanned in accordance with company policies and procedures. Provide support for administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proficient in English. Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Previous experience with scanning equipment is preferred but not required.
