Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind developing and executing strategies to attract high-quality business leads, fueling our growth and expanding our market presence. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help us connect with potential clients through targeted outreach, compelling campaigns, and effective communication. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales, marketing, and customer engagement to make a tangible impact on our business development efforts. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including telemarketing, email marketing, social media, and outbound calling. Conduct warm calling and outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential B2B clients, ensuring alignment with target markets. Engage in technical sales discussions by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate value. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads through the sales funnel, supporting negotiations and closing deals effectively. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business development and refine targeting strategies accordingly. Maintain excellent communication skills to build rapport with prospects, handle objections professionally, and ensure a positive customer experience. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on lead generation. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently. Familiarity with CRM software such as monday.com or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines. Excellent communication skills in Chinese, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, warm calling, and customer service within a fast-paced environment. Experience in marketing strategies that support lead generation efforts is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team committed to achieving targets.
