JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a Casting PA to assist with a fun series casting project!
Typical PA Responsibilities:
Logging & Responding:
 Manage all new leads by responding to every email and social media message with the Casting Crane link. Please make sure that every interaction is logged in to the incoming grids.
Flagging:
 Highlight key leads in the Chat once all responses are logged.
Material Collection:
 Gather release forms and organize media for upcoming rounds. Work with your AP and Producer to gather relevant photos and videos.
One Sheets:
 Draft initial one sheets using ChatGPT for quick turnarounds and more creative and polished writing.
Outreach:
 Post daily updates on Instagram and Facebook for Casting and assist with outreach as needed.
