In this role, you will be responsible for creating, revising, and formatting complex legal documents. Expertise in editing, proofreading, and technical writing is essential to ensure that all legal materials meet the highest standards of clarity. Responsibilities Proofread legal documents for accuracy and adherence to style guides Utilize advanced word processing tools to revise and format documents Support the preparation of legal reports, summaries, and presentations Convert documents from various formats to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Visio Format documents according to the firm's standard format Utilize advanced formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and macros Create and modify PowerPoint presentations utilizing the firm's templates Generate Tables of Authorities and cross-referencing in legal documents
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree Prior administrative, proofreading, or copy editing experience Experience working in the legal or financial services industry Proficiency in word processing software with the ability to format documents Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Strong proficiency in Adobe Pro, PDF, and document conversion
Pay:
$62,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
