Opensity Solutions is seeking an experienced legal print specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this pivotal role you will work at our AmLaw 100 client's office handling high volume, time critical legal printing requests. Essential Job Responsibilities Legal Document Production & Printing Produce, assemble, and deliver high-quality legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, exhibits, binders, and trial materials. Operate and maintain high-volume digital printers, copiers, scanners, and finishing equipment (binding, hole punching, tabbing, folding, labeling). Ensure documents meet court-specific formatting requirements, including page size, margins, exhibits, tabs, and color specifications. Perform large-volume print jobs accurately and efficiently while adhering to strict deadlines. Quality Control & Attention to Detail Review documents for completeness, accuracy, proper pagination, and formatting before final production. Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency, legibility, and professional presentation. Identify and correct errors in print output before delivery to internal clients. Maintain detailed records of print jobs and reprint requests as required. Customer Service & Internal Support Provide exceptional customer service to attorneys, legal assistants, paralegals, and firm leadership. Intake print requests in person, via email, or through job-ticketing systems and clarify specifications as needed. Communicate timelines, delays, and alternative solutions professionally and proactively. Qualifications & Requirements 1+ year of experience handling legal printing requests in a law firm or vendor environment Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities. Demonstrated ability in inventory management and mail services. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong understanding of professional etiquette and self-management. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive and adaptable approach to work. Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time The Compensation range for this role is up to 22.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications. This position is part of the Opensity Solutions team.
