with the required experience and skills stated below apply Growing company in NW Houston / Cypress is in need of a reliable, organized and detail- oriented individual to fill the position of Order Processor/R ecord Retrieval Specialist . The successful candidate should have experience in the legal field, have record retrieval experience at a court reporting/records company, or have worked as a paralegal or legal secretary . A positive attitude, excellent time and attendance, desire to learn and grow, and excellent communication skills with peers, clients and vendors is a must. Applicant must be detail oriented and focus on quality. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining our reputation as a stellar performer clients have come to expect.
Order Processor/Records Retrieval Specialist responsibilities:
Administrative duties such as making copies, answering and directing phone calls. Receive record orders from clients and process them. Research locations and manage information in a database Set up case information Send record requests to custodian of records Status calls on outstanding records Receive record, scan and upload into repository Quality control at every stage Electronically filing of court documents
Specific and Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with the record retrieval process in a court reporting/records firm or legal office Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and other scan software Experience with record retrieval software ( MR8 or other ) Highly organized and detail oriented Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to take direction and work independently with little to no supervision We respectfully ask that applicants only apply if you have the above required experience and skills
