Kelly Services Job Summary:
Kelly Services is hiring for our client in Salt Lake City! We're seeking an entry-level Reporting Specialist I who is motivated to build a long-term career. You'll play a vital role in producing, compiling, and delivering the company's final product (detailed reports and letters) using pre-approved templates based on laboratory testing performed at Nelson Laboratories, LLC. You'll handle document imaging, scanning, and archiving, answer emails related to reports and amendments, and coordinate report pick-ups and drop-offs for data packs. Ideal candidates are organized, quality-focused, open to learning, and value customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately create, review, and process final report types using Word templates. Answer emails related to final reports, amendments, and queried documents. Perform reporting pick-up and drop-off duties for data packs. Launch amended reporting forms and correct reports as needed. Scan, image, and archive documents per company guidelines. Ensure all scanned images are true copies of original documents. Distribute reports via U.S. Mail, email, FedEx, or UPS. Prepare letters, preliminary results, and raw data as requested. Maintain team quality standards (including rework needs). Share knowledge and best practices openly with peers. Support continuous improvement in reporting processes. Act as a peer mentor and hands-on trainer as needed. Recommend and implement process improvements. Communicate effectively with supervisors and project teams. Follow all regulatory requirements (GMP, GLP, ISO, etc.). Attend work reliably and adhere to company values.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum age 18). Previous office and customer service experience preferred.
Demonstrates typing proficiency:
50 WPM with at least 90% accuracy. Proficient 10-key and comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet searches. Ability to interpret and enter data accurately. Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and proofreading skills. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proven time management, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities. Collaborative, reliable, and results-driven attitude. Able to sit at a desk for 70-95% of the shift; occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
