We're looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Part-Time Radio Board Operator. No prior experience is needed - we will provide full training!

Job Description:

As a Part-Time Radio Board Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our radio broadcasts run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves radio and wants to gain hands-on experience in the industry. You will be responsible for operating the control board and working closely with our on-air talent and production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the radio control board during live and recorded broadcasts. Monitor and adjust audio levels to ensure clear, high-quality sound. Learn to troubleshoot technical issues promptly.

Requirements:

No prior experience needed - we will provide comprehensive training. Must be a local resident the local surrounding area. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new technology. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
