Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated News Reporter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong journalism skills and a keen eye for detail, capable of producing compelling stories that inform and engage our audience. This role requires a versatile individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various media platforms to deliver news content effectively. Main duties include reporting on local news and events in Ringgold County, Iowa for our two family owned newspapers. Beats include, local governments (county and municipal), county schools, local hospital, covering local events, and all others assigned. Additional duties include some newspaper design.
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
