KSNT-TV/KTMJ-TV
is looking for a part-time Digital Reporter to research and write news articles for the website, post to social media accounts, and produce video content for all broadcast and digital platforms. Responsibilities Produce creative, compelling news content for viewers across mobile, desktop, streaming, and social media platforms. Report breaking news online quickly, accurately, and aggressively. Write, edit, and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, following prescribed editorial style and formatting guidelines. Ensure all news content meets company standards for journalistic integrity and production quality. Monitor email, phones, social media, analytics, and other sources for breaking news and story leads. Research and analyze background information to deliver complete, accurate, and context-rich stories. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or working toward a degree in journalism, mass media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Fluency in English. Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments and meeting tight deadlines. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Flexibility to work any shift.
