Job Description

Coordinator#26-18605 $27.74-$32.74 per hour Burbank, CA Onsite Job Description Our Client, a Mass Media and Entertainment company, is looking for a Coordinator for their Burbank, CA location.
Responsibilities:
Implements marketing and communications campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars. Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. Ensures all promotional materials comply to company's brand and standards. Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt. Conducts research on competitors. Assist in developing communications strategy. Manage promotional events and campaigns.
Requirements:
Experience exercising initiative and delivering solutionoriented results 1+ years; Ability to be persistent and articulate in all forms of communication. Adaptability to
Technologies:
1+ years; Ability to learn new and existing software skills (not heavily technical) quickly. Experience or familiarity with AirTable and CoPilot. Datadriven mindset and ability to set protocols and template in place for proficiency. Experience with Excel. Ability to set Standard Operating Procedures. Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements Customer Service experience (fastpaced environments within Customer Service could be beneficial). Not from a Media and Entertainment background.
Soft Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, multitasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Ability to lift to 50lbs.
Technology Requirements:
ious experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Education /
Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
