KJUS | Customization Coordinator Full-time - Boulder, CO Non-Exempt, Salaried Assist, create, and process custom apparel orders for KJUS with client logos that are added post-production. This role will assist in maintaining the reputation of the high-quality postproduction custom logo's KJUS stands behind. This position will report directly to the Manager of KJUS Customization Operations.
Responsibilities:
Product Preparation (70%) Generate, modify and monitor custom design proofs within multiple platforms obtaining client approval and ensuring accurate customization of apparel Communicate with customer service, sales representatives, and clients on assigned custom orders Individually monitor and meet firm deadlines leading to timely approval and delivery of assigned custom orders Obtain, create, review, and modify client embroidery and vector artwork to client's requests in different creative software's ensuring artwork requests align with KJUS and client guidelines Color coordinate embroidery and vector artwork to apparel and design color stories while upholding KJUS and client guidelines and expectations Assist clients in making decision involving art design, color, and application Serve as direct contact for assigned sales representatives, assisting in the custom order process from end-to-end Communicate with in house and third-party production facilities assisting in resolving any inquiries that may arise in a timely manner Provide accurate statuses and estimated delivery dates to internal and external teams assisting in timely delivery of custom orders Order Processing & Systems (30%) Process, edit, fulfill, ship and bill sales orders using NetSuite and SAND systems Generate, modify and monitor design proofs, color cards and work orders within Netsuite and EmbTrak Communicate with customer service, sales representatives, and clients on custom orders from end-to-end Assist in processing custom orders daily to include necessary information, pricing, delivery dates and custom specifications are accurately provided for coordinators and specialists Assist Custom Team in monitoring and meeting firm deadlines leading to timely approval and delivery of custom orders Assist clients in making decisions involving custom order art, colors and application that align with KJUS guidelines Communicate with in house and third-party production facilities assisting in resolving any inquiries that may arise in a timely manner Provide accurate statuses and estimated delivery dates to internal and external teams assisting in timely delivery of custom orders Assist in processing and issuing return authorizations, credit memos and transfer orders inNetSuite Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, graphic art, or similar field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience in custom apparel Minimum 1 year experience in product personalization or related field Basic Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a plus Experience in NetSuite preferred Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Outlook) Extended periods of time sitting and/or standing, occasional lifting A passion for outdoor sports industryBenefits:
