Job Summary:

We are looking to Hire an enthusiastic and charismatic person who loves plants! Someone who enjoys plants and has a basic knowledge of horticulture, specifically interior foliage, is essential to this position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a background in retail and e-commerce.

Duties:

• utilize online live sales platforms such as IG, TicTok... to live sale plants.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and motivate sales
• Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Utilize e-commerce platforms to support online sales efforts

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in plant sales, preferably in retail or e-commerce settings
• knowledge of horticultural principles and names of interior foliage plants.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Organizational skills to manage inventory and sales processes efficiently
• You will be trained by those currently holding this position.

The position starts at $16/ hour and after training and demonstrating the ability to set up a show, run the technology and be in front of the camera the pay will increase to $18/ hour plus commission.
