Oliver Cole Gallery is seeking a polished, energetic, and professional Temporary Gallery Associate to support our team during Art Miami. Position Overview The Gallery Associate will act as a key ambassador for Oliver Cole Gallery on the fair floor at Art Miami. You will work directly with gallery leadership, engage with VIP collectors and curators, provide essential sales floor support, and ensure our booth operates at an elite standard. Responsibilities Welcome high-net-worth collectors, press, curators, and fair visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism. Articulate the gallery's artists, artworks, and price points clearly and persuasively to prospective buyers. Assist gallery director and team with sales admin, client lead capturing, artwork condition checks, and inventory tracking. Maintain booth aesthetics, ensuring artwork displays, lighting, labels, and promotional materials remain pristine. Handle general client inquiries and manage VIP client hospitality at the booth.

Qualifications Experience:

1-3+ years of experience working in a commercial art gallery, fine art auction house, major art fair, or luxury retail environment.

Knowledge:

Deep interest in contemporary art and familiarity with the Miami Art Week / Art Miami fair ecosystem.

Skills:

Strong sales acumen, excellent verbal communication, and client-facing poise under fast-paced conditions.

Languages:

English fluency required; conversational or fluent Spanish is a strong plus.

Physical Ability:
