It's just one reason why we're the leader in live event Summary It is the responsibility of the Sr Lead Operations to perform general and more complex labor duties, to include loading, unloading equipment, marking floor, setting up service areas, meeting rooms, offices, and hanging drape & booth signs, and set up boneyard, etc. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Orlando, FL. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform assigned work in accordance with meeting production schedules. Perform work in the following areas which may be more complex in nature: loading and unloading equipment, marking floor, setting up service areas, meeting rooms, offices, and hanging drape & booth signs, setting up boneyard, etc. Ensure that all equipment is returned to the warehouse and broken or damaged equipment is tagged for repair. Maintain an orderly, efficient, and secure boneyard. Maintain communication with the supervisor as needed, advises of any problems that may affect the operation. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of trade show, warehouse operations and/or related experience is required. Produce trade shows on the 1000 - 1500 booth level.
