Job Requirements Scott Air Force Base, IL Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Strategic-Conference Planner located in Scott AFB, IL to support the Headquarters Cyber Capability Center (HQ CCC). The HQ CCC is charged with identifying cryptographic capability gaps across all operational domains—space, air, cyber, and ground—and with advancing Air Force (AF) Cryptographic Modernization (CM) initiatives and their associated ground, air, space, and weapons/munitions mission directives. Responsibilities include:
Hosting Government and inter-agency conferences, symposiums, High Performance Team (HPT), user forums or workshops, based on Government approval and authorization. Provide planning for formal and informal requirements-gathering conferences and meetings supporting HQ CCC crypto/Cyber programs and initiatives up to and including Formal Requirement document development efforts. Conduct pre-event planning, on-site coordination, proctor or presentation, post-event activities, and the development of secure CM topics that focus on Research & Development, Science and Technology, or the technical advancement of Cyber missions. Pre-event planning shall include site selection, development and distribution of announcements, creation of the agenda and materials to accomplish the event, and registration, as requested by the Government. On-site coordination shall include attendee check-in, security problem resolution, and document control, recording minutes, tracking open-action items and coordination with host facility. Post-event efforts shall include developing and delivering the conference proceedings, pursuing action items to closure and generation of a lessons-learned report. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:
TS Clearance with SCI/SAP Eligibility. Must be US Citizen Minimum of two years of advanced staff experience with planning, organizing, and negotiating effectively with leading cross-functional teams using existing Task Management Tool (TMT) or other staff coordination standards, document reviews, program updates, and background papers to drive the adoption of critical recommendations.
