)We are a large-format graphics and custom exhibit manufacturer supporting exhibit houses, event production companies, retail brands, and trade show partners nationwide. With continued growth in custom modular exhibits and rental programs, we are hiring Exhibit Builders to support hands-on assembly, setup, and preparation of exhibit components in our Woodridge facility. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy building, working with tools, and being part of a fast-moving production environment. Candidates open to the 2nd shift will be prioritized.

What You Will Be DoingAssemble, prep, and stage custom modular exhibits, display components, and rental kitsFollow assembly instructions, drawings, and layout details to ensure accurate buildsUse hand tools and hardware to complete setups efficiently and safelyAssist with labeling, packing, and organizing exhibit components for outbound shipmentsSupport quality checks, final verification, and basic troubleshooting during buildsWork with team leads to maintain workflow, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracyKeep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsWhat You Need for This Position2+ years of hands-on assembly, construction, fabrication, warehouse, or related experienceComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and hardwareAbility to read and follow basic drawings, diagrams, or build instructionsAble to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn modular exhibit systemsReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a teamWillingness to work 2nd shift is a major plusWhat's In It for YouFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k with matching) and more!
