) We are a large-format graphics and custom exhibit manufacturer supporting exhibit houses, event production companies, retail brands, and trade show partners nationwide. With continued growth in custom modular exhibits and rental programs, we are hiring Exhibit Installers to support hands-on assembly, setup, and preparation of exhibit components in our Woodridge facility. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy building, working with tools, and being part of a fast-moving production environment. Candidates open to the 2nd shift will be prioritized. What You Will Be Doing Assemble, prep, and stage custom modular exhibits, display components, and rental kits Follow assembly instructions, drawings, and layout details to ensure accurate builds Use hand tools and hardware to complete setups efficiently and safely Assist with labeling, packing, and organizing exhibit components for outbound shipments Support quality checks, final verification, and basic troubleshooting during builds Work with team leads to maintain workflow, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards What You Need for This Position 1-3+ years of hands-on assembly, construction, fabrication, warehouse, or related experience Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and hardware Ability to read and follow basic drawings, diagrams, or build instructions Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn modular exhibit systems Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team Willingness to work 2nd shift is a major plus What's In It for You Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k with matching) and more!
