Crate Builder Description:
Clark FAS is looking to add to our crate shop team. Flexible positions available for part time or full time work. Work with our crating team in wood shop to produce shipping crates from given design specs & dimensions. Wood working & shop experience required (table saw, panel saw, chop saw, routers, air tools). Sound arithmetic & spatial logic required. Must be able to lift/move heavy/bulky items safely. Attention to detail & quality of workmanship is a must. Compensation scales with experience/skill. Experience with fine art, museum or gallery work a plus. Full or part time available. Full time employees are eligible forpany sponsored health care, 401k plan, sick time & paid vacation time. Startingpensation $22 - $35 scaling with relevant experience.
Qualifications:
2+ years woodshop experience. Art handling/museum/gallery experience a plus. Heavy lifting. Exposure to: noise, sawdust, adhesives
