Set Designer Job Description:
Works with a group of students to: Know the show and all of the location needs Design the set with consultation from the Director Order/gather/reuse building materials Build sets, necessary large props with safety in mind (and in cosultation with all creative team members) Organize students as they work on the pieces, always keeping safety the number one priority Teacher students how to use tools Cooridnate and collaborate with Set Painter Strike set•decide which pieces to toss and which to keep•organize the pieces that are being kept
