Job Summary:
Englewood Health seeks an experienced fundraising administrative professional to provide temporary support to the Development office. Reporting to the Director of Campaigns and Operations, this role is responsible for the daily activities associated with the execution of the Capital Campaign plan. The Specialist will support the Director, as well as others, in Campaign fundraising tasks.
Responsibilities include:
meeting planning and coordination; liaising with key volunteers; materials preparation; minutes and notetaking; Raiser's Edge database record updates; report preparation; file maintenance; event logistics support.
Job Essentials:
Three (3) years' experience in a nonprofit development or advancement office preferred Professional demeanor and highly developed customer service experience required Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills required Hospital / Health System familiarity, a plus Proficient in MS Word, Mail Merge, Excel, and PowerPoint required Proficient in Zoom meeting setup and hosting preferred Proficient in Dropbox or similar cloud file storage systems preferred Raisers Edge experience or experience with a similar donor database preferred Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Demonstrated independent critical thinking skills and adaptability
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
Minimum rate:
$30 p/hr
