Design Intern Job Description:

MOI seeks designers who are passionate about workspace solutions and office design. Candidates will work directly with designers to assist in all aspects and phases of design. Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD. Candidates must be eager to learn with a positive attitude and ability to be in the regional office.

Responsibilities:

Support designers in product research and presentationsAssist with presentation/ finish boards and bookletsCreate site documentation, and attend field visits Input field measurements into CAD plansAssist in product count and double checksSchedule and attend meetings with clients, vendors & sales representatives (occasionally) Create 3D, colored renderings using CETAssist designers in space planning and furniture specs and finishesRequest quote and finish samples, along with COM testingResponsible for daily administrative tasks, general office procedures, and finish library maintenance
