They work with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals to stage homes and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Assess properties: Evaluate properties to identify areas for improvement.
Select decor:
Choose paint colors, accessories, and furniture to create an inviting atmosphere.
Stage homes:
Arrange furniture, hang curtains, and swap light fixtures.
Coordinate with clients:
Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide staging plans.
Collaborate with contractors:
Work with contractors to make repairs and renovations.
Manage logistics:
Maintain inventory of staging supplies and manage logistics for staging appointments.
Take photos:
Take photographs or work with photographers to create high-quality listing images.
Remove staging items:
Remove staging items when the home goes off the market.
Skills and qualifications:
Experience working in real estate or a related field. Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in design software.
